HR Business Partner

At CSDG, we believe great design should make a lasting impact in the communities where we live and work and in the careers of the people who create it. As an integrated, award-winning honoree of Nashville Business Journal’s Best Place to Work, we solve clients’ challenges by blending creativity, technical expertise, and community needs with designs that are thoughtful, data-driven, and resilient.

Our size is our strength. We are large enough to tackle complex, high-profile projects, yet agile enough to know each other person’s contributions and create opportunities tailored to the individual. We invest in our people and make thoughtful decisions that support both our team and the firm's long-term health.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner in Nashville to drive our HR programs and people processes. This hands-on role will partner closely with managers, leadership, and external HR resources to move initiatives from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate is a credible, resourceful HR professional who can balance employee support, sound judgment, and detailed administration while strengthening CSDG’s growing people practices and culture.
