Kevin is a founding member of CSDG and leads one of the firm’s civil engineering studios. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm. Kevin has more than 25 years of engineering experience and has been in Nashville for his entire professional career. He has served as the engineer of record for some of the community’s most revered destinations including Ascend Amphitheater, West Riverfront Park, Centennial Park, The Nashville Zoo, The Gulch Crossing, Pine Street Flats, Thompson Hotel, and 222 Tower. Kevin previously served on the Metro Stormwater Management Committee, as an adjunct professor of civil engineering at Tennessee State University, and on various local non-profit boards. Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

Sean is a principal at CSDG and oversees day-to-day operations. He has worked on significant projects throughout the Tennessee during his nearly 30 years as an engineer. His Nashville-area projects include oneC1TY, the BrightStone campus, Nolensville Catholic’s campus, Dismas House, Ashton Park, and The Ludlow.  He has been actively involved in Scouting since 2008 and currently volunteers as member of the Natchez Trace District Eagle Board of Review. Sean received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Washington University in St. Louis and a master’s degree in engineering management from Lipscomb University.

Jim, a principal at CSDG, leads one of the firm’s civil engineering teams and has more than 35 years’ engineering experience in Tennessee. A partial list of his notable projects includes Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance in Murfreesboro, Forest Park of Hendersonville, Nexxus in Gallatin, Music City Studio in Hendersonville, and Liberty Creek School Campus. He is a member of the Rotary Club and of Northfield Church, and serves on various other boards including Samaritan Association, C12, and JPII. Jim also served as Public Works Director and City Engineer for his hometown of Hendersonville, TN.

Hal is a principal at CSDG and leads the landscape architecture/planning group. He is responsible for the design and management of projects ranging from single-and multi-family residential projects to large-scale master planned communities in both the U.S. and internationally. With more than 20 years of experience, Hal’s specific expertise is creating master planned and mixed-use communities, contributing to all phases of project design and development. Among his strongest attributes are his passion, energy, capacity for creative problem-solving, and ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams to create projects with a special identity and unique character. A partial list of Hal’s notable projects includes oneC1TY, Southall Farm & Inn, Grande Dunes (Myrtle Beach, SC), and Nashville’s River North. Hal is an active member of the Tennessee Economic Development Council and has served on several boards of directors including the Nashville Civic Design Center and Nashville District Council of the Urban Land Institute. He received a Bachelor of Science in landscape architecture from Mississippi State University and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Tennessee.

Kyle is a Principal and a lead engineer of one of the firm’s civil engineering teams.  With a high level of common sense guidance, Kyle provides innovative solutions and practical results for projects, while providing proactive client services, making him an exceptional leader for his team and CSDG. Since joining CSDG in 2013, he has worked as a project engineer and project manager on a variety of residential projects, ranging from small multi-family developments in downtown Metro Nashville, to sprawling mixed-use & single family developments throughout the greater Middle Tennessee region.  A few of his key projects include: Barton Village, Waters Edge, Riverbrook, Southgate Station, Jackson Hills, Spring Creek, and Vineyard Grove.

Jeremy is a senior associate in the firm with a rich history of work in and around Nashville. He has worked in the civil engineering field since 2000 and in the Nashville market since 2005. Jeremy believes that every project benefits from a fresh approach to design, and encourages everyone at CSDG to continue growing within and adapting to the ever-evolving design world to best serve clients. Some of Jeremy’s most notable projects include the Music City Center, Omni Nashville Hotel, the Country Music Hall of Fame expansion, flood remediation for the Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Embassy Suites Hotel, 1Hotel, Margaritaville Hotel, Drury Plaza Inn, Peyton Stakes, 1200 Broadway, Aspire Gulch, 1260 Martin, Cleo East Apartments, and Rivertop Apartments. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Memphis.
