Like much of the nation, CSDG has watched Chattanooga, Tennessee, grow and thrive over the past several years. Theirs is a progress rooted in a collective desire and intentional approach to improve the quality of life for all residents.
With personal and professional ties to Chattanooga, CSDG’s team is invigorated by the opportunity to bring our talent and experience to the market. The timing—and the fit—just couldn’t be better. CSDG knows how crucial it is to design, with purpose, at threshold moments like this in a community’s development. Our multidisciplinary approach — integrating the highest-caliber planning, engineering, and landscape architecture disciplines — follows a proven path to better-built communities and sustainable futures.
We know and appreciate how smart Scenic City is: How it protects its vibrant natural beauty, promotes creativity and culture, pursues high-tech innovation, and encourages entrepreneurism.
As Chattanooga continues to gain incredible momentum, we look forward to partnering with the visionaries already leading the way to design, build, and grow one city that works for all of its people.
One of our best, Kyle Jacobson, PLA, CDT, is leading CSDG into Chattanooga. Kyle is an accomplished Landscape Architect whose experience includes master planned communities, mixed-use developments, parks and recreational projects, as well as educational campuses.
With extended family in the area, this is a win-win for Kyle, his wife and family, and CSDG. Kyle and his family made the move in Summer 2024, and along with the rest of CSDG’s leadership, he’s eager to connect, to strengthen existing partnerships and client relationships, and to build new relationships and develop new opportunities in Chattanooga. We are grateful to live and work in Tennessee’s great communities, and we look forward to all that’s to come.
