It’s been 18 months since Mark Enderle found the location for his new luxury gated community in Spring Hill.
Enderle, the developer of golf community Firefly, has done several similar projects before — but what was different about this development was the land.
“I've done deals where I've tried to force a community, and particularly a golf course, onto a bad piece of land,” Enderle, partner at Storied Development LLC, told the Business Journal. “This is the exact opposite of that. It's a special piece of land. … It's some of the prettiest land that I've ever had the opportunity to develop.”
