The Motley will bring more than a thousand unique rental homes and activated commercial spacesto midtown Nashville. Located at 1401 Church Street, the three-tower development – whose name reflects the variety and diversity of Nashville, as well as the goal of creating a universally welcoming space – will transform the site of a former dairy factory into a vibrant community hub befitting of MusicCity.
