HAL B. CLARK

Hal is a Principal and leads the Planning/Landscape Architecture group. Hal received his Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture from Mississippi State University and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Tennessee. He is responsible for the design and management of firm projects from single and multi-family residential projects to large-scale master planned communities, both domestic and internationally. With more than 20 years of experience, Hal’s specific expertise is in creating master planned and mixed-use communities, contributing to all phases of project design and development.  Perhaps the strongest attributes that he offers to clients are the passion and energy to solve problems with creativity and the ability to manage multi-disciplinary design teams to create projects with a special identity and unique character. A partial list of notable projects that he has managed include: oneC1TY, Southall Farm, Grande Dunes – MyrtleBeach, SC, and River North.  As a leader in the Middle Tennessee community, Hal is an active member of the Tennessee Economic Development Council and has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations including the Nashville Civic Design Center and Nashville District Council of the Urban Land Institute.
