Jim T. Harrison

Jim Harrison has a broad base of civil engineering experience including preliminary planning, project management, site design, and construction document preparation and construction administration.  As a Principal with CSDG, Jim is responsible for the design and management of firm projects from site specific design to county-wide expansions. Jim served for 4 years as the City Engineer, Public Works Director, and Capital Project Manager for a city of 45,000 and has worked as a civil consultant for 34 years on a variety of municipal, residential, commercial, and industrial projects. 

He is fully engaged, determined and deeply thoughtful, with the capability to build trust and lead groups toward consensus.  Jim is actively involved in numerous local civic organizations, recognizing the importance of collaboration, and investing in our community. A partial list of his notable projects includes Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance in Murfreesboro, Forest Park of Hendersonville, Nexus in Gallatin, and Liberty Creek School Campus.
