Located adjacent to the Music City Center in downtown Nashville, the Embassy Suites and 1 Hotel project is a two-hotel development designed to appeal to business and family travelers. The dual-branded hotel is constructed on a common podium and features a combined 721 rooms, over 23,000 square feet of meeting space, as well as ground-floor retail with corner restaurant anchors. Multiple amenity terraces are located on the Embassy Suites tower, including a communal 4th-floor terrace and an indoor/outdoor pool terrace on the 30th floor. 1 Hotel’s terraces are tailored for a more boutique experience, including an outdoor lounge and bar on the 18th floor and a lush presidential terrace on the tower’s 15th floor.
