As Middle Tennessee continues to grow, so does the demand for high-quality athletic facilities that support both competitive play and everyday use. For the surrounding community, that means access to spaces where athletes can train, tournaments can be hosted, and families can gather year-round.
Farm & Forge Club was envisioned to meet that need. Located in College Grove, Tennessee, the project is designed as a premier athletic campus that brings together training, competition, and community in one cohesive environment. The focus is on creating a place that supports elite performance while functioning seamlessly for daily use and large-scale events.
The scale of the site required a highly coordinated approach. With multiple athletic programs operating at once, the layout is driven by how people actually move through the campus. Circulation, access, and field organization are planned to support athletes, coaches, spectators, and staff, whether it’s a typical training day or a full tournament weekend.
CSDG partnered with the project team to deliver integrated planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture services, aligning site design, grading, utilities, and infrastructure to support a high-performing and buildable campus. The result is a site designed for long-term durability, operational efficiency, and flexibility as the facility continues to grow.
Athletic facilities are fully integrated into the campus and surrounding landscape. Championship-level tennis courts, multi-use turf fields, and an indoor human performance center anchor the development, while supporting amenities create a more complete experience for athletes and visitors. Trails and open space extend the campus into the natural environment, including connections to the Harpeth River.
Now under construction, Farm & Forge Club represents a long-term investment in athletic infrastructure in Middle Tennessee, designed to support competition, training, and community in one unified setting.
