June Lake

Spring Hill is conveniently located off I-65, with commuters regularly traveling north to Davidson County and south to Maury County for work. With the new interstate interchange as part of Phase I, June Lake will attract corporations to fill the 3.9 million square feet of commercial space, thereby creating new jobs for residents in Spring Hill and surrounding areas. The master plan includes hospitality space, 1.3 million square feet of retail and restaurant space, and more than 2900 residential units comprised of detached homes, townhomes, and apartments. Construction of new homes began in April 2022. A Town Center will feature restaurants as well as retail stores, creating a hub for entertainment, shopping, and community. Outdoor amenities include community parks, event spaces and walking trails throughout the development.
