June Lake

Spring Hill’s location along Interstate 65 continues to drive growth between Nashville and Columbia. Southeast Venture saw an opportunity to guide that growth through June Lake, a connected, mixed-use community where people can live, work, shop, and spend time closer to home. The vision includes 3.9 million square feet of commercial space, more than 2,900 residences, and a new Interstate 65 interchange supporting access to the development.

Bringing a project of this scale to life requires infrastructure that can support both current construction and long-term growth. CSDG is providing civil engineering services across multiple phases of June Lake, coordinating grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, roadways, and site access for its residential and commercial areas. By identifying conflicts early and coordinating each phase with the larger development, our team helps Southeast Venture navigate approvals, reduce rework, and maintain progress.

CSDG is also providing landscape architecture services for June Lake’s town amenity hub. Planned as a central destination for restaurants, retail, gathering, and daily activity, the amenity hub will help connect the development and create a shared community experience. Our team is coordinating the landscape design with the surrounding infrastructure to create a cohesive and buildable plan.

That vision is already taking shape. Residents are moving into Solstice, Saddlewalk is delivering new homes and a neighborhood amenity center, and The Preserve offers a smaller-scale residential setting. Commercial buildings are preparing for vertical construction as additional neighborhoods advance. Through each phase, CSDG is helping establish the infrastructure needed to bring Southeast Venture’s vision for June Lake to life and support Spring Hill’s continued growth.
