LOCAL Nashville

CSDG provided civil engineering services for LOCAL Nashville, a modern apartment community located in the heart of Midtown. Situated within one of Metro Water’s Combined Sewer Districts, the project required close coordination with Metro’s Combined Sewer Elimination Program (CSEP) to address both stormwater quality and quantity challenges.

Our design incorporated a Level 2 bioretention pond and multiple urban bioretention areas to meet regulatory requirements while integrating seamlessly into the urban landscape. The result is a site that supports both sustainability and functionality in a dense, fast-growing corridor of Nashville.
