Nolensville Town Square

Nolensville Town Square is being designed as the heart of a new mixed-use community where residents can live, work, gather, and build lasting connections. Planned on approximately 27 acres, the development will bring together a diverse mix of residential neighborhoods with approximately 70,000 square feet of office, retail, and restaurant space, creating a walkable destination that supports everyday life while reflecting the character of Nolensville.

At the center of the community, a vibrant town square will provide a welcoming place for neighbors and visitors to come together. A performance stage, open lawn, splash park, pocket parks, and an interconnected greenway trail create opportunities for recreation, community events, and everyday interaction. Pedestrian-friendly streets and multimodal connections encourage walking and cycling while providing safe, convenient access throughout the development.

CSDG is providing civil engineering services to support the successful delivery of the project. Our team is designing the site’s grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, roadway network, and stormwater management systems to create a resilient foundation for the community. By thoughtfully responding to the site’s topography and integrating infrastructure with parks, trails, and open spaces, we’re helping transform engineering solutions into amenities that enhance the daily experience for residents and visitors alike.
