Located along Nolensville Road in one of Middle Tennessee’s fastest-growing communities, the 90,473-square-foot shopping center was designed to improve convenience, accessibility, and connectivity for surrounding neighborhoods.

Anchored by a new Publix grocery store, Village Green helps meet the community’s increasing demand for additional commercial services and everyday essentials while supporting Nolensville’s continued residential and economic growth. Positioned near the future Nolensville Town Square mixed-use development, the center contributes to the area’s evolving network of housing, retail, and community-focused destinations.

The development brings together a mix of national and regional tenants to create a walkable, community-oriented retail environment designed around daily needs and long-term growth. By bringing grocery, dining, wellness, and essential services together in one accessible location, Village Green helps make everyday life more convenient for Nolensville residents while supporting the continued growth and connection of the surrounding community.

CSDG provided civil engineering services for the Publix site within the Village Green development, in collaboration with CBRE Group and Watkins Real Estate Group, supporting the infrastructure and site design needed to create a development centered on the evolving needs of the Nolensville community.
