Reeds Vale

Reeds Vale is a thoughtfully planned 252-lot residential community in College Grove developed by Signature Homes to blend modern living with the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee’s tranquil valley landscape. Located near Downtown Franklin with convenient access to Nashville, the community was designed to provide residents with a connected lifestyle, resort-style amenities, and a private retreat atmosphere close to home.

The master-planned neighborhood features a variety of community amenities designed to support everyday living, recreation, and social connection, including a resort-style pool, pickleball courts, fitness studio, social gathering spaces, kid’s play area, and the River Walk Trail. By combining walkable amenities with intentional neighborhood planning, Reeds Vale supports long-term community growth and enhances the residential experience for homeowners in one of Middle Tennessee’s growing communities.

CSDG provided civil engineering services for the Reeds Vale development, including preliminary plat design, construction plans, roadway and utility design and coordination, drainage and detention design, final plats, amenity site planning, bridge coordination, and construction phase services. Working closely with the project team, CSDG helped deliver the infrastructure and site design needed to support the community’s long-term functionality, connectivity, and resident experience.
