Southall Farm & Inn

Nestled into the rolling hills just south of downtown Franklin near the village of Leiper’s Fork, Southall is a 325-acre luxury farm-style resort that invites guests to fully immerse themselves in the natural surroundings. The property offers a diverse range of experiences, from high ropes courses in the trees, hiking trails, mountain biking, and falconry to more restorative activities such as personalized health and wellness therapies at The Spa, orchard tours, plein air painting, and farm-to-table dining. Guests can also enjoy the simple pleasures of porch sitting outside the cottages or overlooking the lake.

The resort features a thoughtfully designed Inn with 62 guest rooms and suites, spa facilities, unique meeting spaces, and multiple dining options, including a café, pool bar, in-room dining, and catering for special events. A multi-course signature restaurant will be opening soon. Complementing these amenities are the resort’s kitchen gardens, greenhouses, orchard, bee apiary, and a lakeside event venue, all designed to create an authentic farm-to-table and nature-connected experience.
