Southall is a farm-style resort nestled into the rolling hills just south of downtown Franklin, TN, near the village of Leiper’s Fork. Sited on the 256-acre property will be a one-of-a-kind inn and restaurant, village, lakeside event venue, kitchen gardens, greenhouses, orchard, bee apiary, and hiking trails for guests to explore and enjoy. CSDG is providing master planning, civil engineering, and full landscape architecture services for the project. Currently under construction, we look forward to seeing Southall come to life in the next couple years.
