The Landings at River North

The Landings at River North marks the first vertical development in the River North urban waterfront district. The project transforms 12 acres of existing warehouse buildings into an active, mixed-use waterfront destination.

The plan features three mixed-use residential buildings with ground-floor retail, and repurposes the existing waterfront warehouse into a vibrant commercial and office space overlooking the new riverfront park. Each residential building includes a raised amenity terrace with pools and a variety of active and passive amenities for residents. Private streets throughout the development incorporate decorative paving, lighting, landscaping, and bioretention water treatment. These streets create flexible public spaces designed to host seasonal festivals and gatherings, attracting residents, office tenants, and visitors alike.
