This urban infill project was designed to create efficient, flexible, and attainable living spaces just minutes from downtown Nashville. Completed just before March 2020, the building was well-timed for entry-level professionals adapting to remote work. The 67-unit condominium features a mix of studio, one-bedroom with office, two-bedroom, and two-bedroom with office floor plans, ranging from 550 to 1,400 square feet. Set in the historic Buena Vista neighborhood, the structure rises three stories along 10th Avenue and five stories along Jefferson Street, where 3,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space activate the street front. Residents enjoy amenities such as underground parking, a rooftop terrace, walkout patios, and integrated planting areas.
