The Shay

The Shay is a multi-family community located within the vibrant urban oneC1TY campus in Nashville, Tennessee. Just two miles from downtown and minutes from nationally recognized teaching hospitals, medical schools, healthcare institutions, and universities, The Shay gives residents convenient access to both work and school.

As oneC1TY evolved from a vision of a medical and technology campus into a mixed-use urban community, the development team prioritized residential living in the master plan.

Nestled in a quiet corner of the campus, The Shay creates a private residential experience unlike any other in Nashville. In addition to enjoying oneC1TY’s established amenities, residents find a true sense of home—complete with abundant green space, areas for relaxation, entertainment spaces, and outdoor fitness opportunities. Reflecting oneC1TY’s commitment to sustainability, The Shay achieved LEED Certification. The community uses water from the on-site pond—which collects and treats stormwater runoff from the entire campus—to irrigate its lush landscape.
