Under Armour Distribution Center

CSDG provided comprehensive civil engineering and site design services for Under Armour’s approximately one-million-square-foot distribution and warehouse facility on an 83-acre site in Mt. Juliet. Representing an investment of more than $100 million, the facility opened in 2015 as Under Armour’s third distribution center in the United States and was strategically located near Interstate 40 to strengthen the company’s national distribution network.

CSDG’s work included site layout, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, employee parking, loading and service areas, and a new access roadway serving the large-scale logistics facility. The team also provided construction administration and coordinated the site improvements to satisfy City of Mt. Juliet requirements and State of Tennessee grant requirements. Designed to support Under Armour’s continued growth, the facility was projected to create up to 1,500 jobs in Wilson County.
