Located in Midtown Nashville at West End, 18th Avenue, and Hayes Street, VOCE Hotel & Residences is a 25-story mixed-use high-rise delivering a blend of residential, hotel, office, and retail space. The tower includes 308 residential and hotel units across 15 floors, totaling 340,000 SF. Upper levels feature a rooftop, resort-style pool and amenity deck with panoramic city views.

The development also includes 56,000 SF of office space across two floors with floor-to-ceiling glass and multiple outdoor terraces, along with 12,000 SF of activated ground-level retail. A structured garage provides 259,000 SF of parking for 705 vehicles.

Amenities are designed to support a luxury hospitality experience, including 40,000 SF of programmed spaces such as a rooftop pool, lobby and rooftop restaurants, coffee and juice bar, club lounge with outdoor terrace, wellness and fitness centers, spa, and pet amenities. VOCE also offers curated services including valet, concierge, security, room service, and laundry.
